In December 2016, VivoPower successfully consummated its initial public offering (IPO) on NASDAQ. As part of the listing, VivoPower acquired its critical power business units in Australia, namely, J.A. Martin and Kenshaw.
London
VivoPower redomiciled its headquarters to London in the United Kingdom in February 2016.
US Market
In September 2015, VivoPower entered the US market with the purchase of solar projects that it proceeded to develop successfully.
Expansion
Within 12 months, VivoPower had expanded into Southeast Asia, establishing a presence in both Singapore and the Philippines.
Founding
VivoPower was founded in August 2014, with an initial strategy to develop, build, and operate both rooftop and ground mount solar systems in Australia.
