At VivoPower your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy relates to VivoPower and its related bodies corporate; (together “VivoPower”, “we”, “our”, and “us”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use, disclose and protect your personal information.
Collection of personal information
We collect this personal information in various ways, including:
(1) Directly from the Data Subject (e.g., when you voluntarily submit information to the Site, or send us an email or other written correspondence).

Automatic Collection Tools. In addition, we automatically collect certain data from Data Subjects who visit the websites operated by entities within VivoPower (each a “Site”). In such a circumstance, VivoPower performs an assessment to determine if there has been an ‘eligible data breach’ whereby the access or disclosure of the personal information is likely to result in serious harm to the individuals to whom the information relates. If VivoPower determines there has been an ‘eligible data breach’ then the individuals affected will be notified as soon as practicable of the details of the breach and the recommended steps to take in response to it.
